Impulse magnetizer

The current impulse in an impulse magnetizer is produced by capacitor discharge. Capacity of the magnetizer, resistance and inductivity of the magnetizing fixture create a series resonant circuit.  Therefore it is necessary to adjust the capacity to the size of the fixture to convert as much as possible electric energy into magnetic energy.

Magnetizers are available with different energies, functions and cycle times.

T-Series

300 Ws - 1000 V

The T-series magnetizer is ideal for the magnetization of sensor systems made of ferrite material.

The relatively small energy allows short cycle times with currents up to 20 kA. 

M-Series

5000 Ws - 2000 V

The M-Series with a maximum energy of 5000 Ws perfectly completes our magnetizer program. It offers the functionality and configurability of the X-series in a smaller cabinet with more mobility and flexibility.

U-Series - New Model 2017

2800 Ws - 2000 V

The U-Series magnetizer is used in a wide range of applications in laboratory and production. Ideal for rotors with NdFeB magnets up to a diameter of approx. 60 mm. This Series allows impulse currents of up to 60kA. 

X-Series

Up to 500000 Ws - 3000 V

The X-Series magnetizers are made in control cabinet design. This series offers full range of functions with energies from 8500 Ws up to 500000 Ws !!

K-Series

10000 Ws - 2000 V

The K-Series stands between the bench-top U-Series and the heavy production X-Series.

The focus on the core functions allows a very attractive price !
