The current impulse in an impulse magnetizer is produced by capacitor discharge. Capacity of the magnetizer, resistance and inductivity of the magnetizing fixture create a series resonant circuit. Therefore it is necessary to adjust the capacity to the size of the fixture to convert as much as possible electric energy into magnetic energy.

The T-series magnetizer is ideal for the magnetization of sensor systems made of ferrite material.
The relatively small energy allows short cycle times with currents up to 20 kA.

The U-Series magnetizer is used in a wide range of applications in laboratory and production. Ideal for rotors with NdFeB magnets up to a diameter of approx. 60 mm. This Series allows impulse currents of up to 60kA.
